CBS has confirmed the return of several popular series for upcoming seasons. The network made announcements regarding ten additional shows that will continue to entertain audiences.

- NCIS: Sydney – Returning for Season 4
- Tracker – Returning for Season 4

These new renewals join previously confirmed shows: FBI (Season 9) and Ghosts (Season 6), as well as freshman successes like Boston Blue and Sheriff Country (both returning for Season 2).
Upcoming Shows for the 2026-27 Season
CBS is also looking ahead with two new series set to debut in the 2026-27 television season. They are:
- Cupertino: A drama focused on Silicon Valley, featuring the talents of creators Robert and Michelle King, along with Mike Colter from Evil.
- Einstein: A procedural drama centered on Albert Einstein’s great-grandson, portrayed by Matthew Gray Gubler from Criminal Minds.
Status of Other CBS Shows
Currently, only two scripted shows are on the renewal bubble: the new comedy DMV and the ongoing drama Watson.
CBS also has two new dramas premiering midseason, expanding its FBI universe with CIA starring Tom Ellis and Gehlfuss, and a Yellowstone offshoot titled Marshals, featuring Luke Grimes.
