Bill Callahan brings over four decades of coaching experience, covering both college and professional football. He began his NFL career in 1995 with the Philadelphia Eagles as an offensive line coach. Callahan subsequently joined the Oakland Raiders, where he progressed from offensive line coach to offensive coordinator, eventually becoming head coach in 2002.
