Oilers Celebrate Nugent-Hopkins’ Milestone 1,000th NHL Game

Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, the longest-serving player for the Edmonton Oilers, is set to achieve a significant milestone: his 1,000th NHL game. The Oilers will honor Nugent-Hopkins during a pre-game ceremony on January 18 at Rogers Place, when they host the St. Louis Blues.

At 32 years old, Nugent-Hopkins is entering his 15th season in the NHL. This landmark game will make him the first player in Oilers history to play all 1,000 of his games with the franchise. Additionally, he will become the 417th player in league history to reach this milestone.
