Man Surrenders to Authorities Over Neighbor’s Death Warrant

Police reported that a bullet discharged from inside a townhouse, penetrating a wall and striking the victim, 37-year-old Victor Quispe, who was in his own home at the time. Quispe was swiftly transported to a hospital but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.

Following the incident, David Grullon Jr., known colloquially as “Davicito,” turned himself in to the Danbury Police Department on Thursday. Law enforcement officials had already secured an arrest warrant for him in connection with the shooting.
