- Your previous Gmail address will become an alternate email address.
- You will receive emails sent to both your old and new addresses.

- For 12 months, you cannot create a new Google Account email ending in gmail.com.
- The new email address cannot be deleted.
- You can sign in to Google services using either your old or new email address.
