Aussie Accusing NY Twins of Rape Found Dead

An Australian woman, Kate Whiteman, who accused New York twins Oren and Alon Alexander of rape, has been found dead near Sydney. Whiteman, aged 45, initiated legal proceedings against the brothers in March 2024, alleging sexual assault that occurred in the Hamptons in 2012.

Aussie Accusing NY Twins of Rape: Background of the Allegations

Whiteman met the Alexanders at a New York nightclub, where she alleged they sexually assaulted her at Sir Ivan’s Castle, a location referred to as the “Playboy Mansion of the East Coast.” In her lawsuit, she described a traumatic experience of being “sexually assaulted, abused, raped, pinned, groped, harassed, battered, and fondled.”

Post-assault, Whiteman struggled with severe mental health issues. She reportedly “stayed in bed and very rarely left her home due to extreme depression, anxiety, and fear for her own safety.”

Investigation and Cause of Death

The New South Wales Coroner confirmed Whiteman’s death, which is currently under investigation. A cause has yet to be determined.

Court Cases and Allegations Against the Alexanders

Whiteman’s case inspired additional allegations against the Alexanders. The three brothers, Oren, Alon, and their older brother Tal, were charged in December 2024 with multiple counts related to a sex-trafficking scheme spanning at least 14 years. They face 11 counts of conspiring to drug and sexually assault women.

  • New charges of sexual abuse by physical incapacitation were added recently.
  • Trial scheduled for January 26, 2025.

Oren and Tal Alexander were prominent real estate brokers, whereas Alon worked in private security. According to a federal indictment, from 2005 to 2021, the brothers allegedly lured women into vulnerable situations using the promise of luxury experiences.

Details of the Assaults

Prosecutors assert that many victims were drugged, often with GBH, during the assaults. This allegedly occurred through various means, including encounters arranged via dating apps or chance meetings at nightlife venues.

Authorities revealed a disturbing history of sexual violence linked to the brothers dating back to their high school years in Miami, where they reportedly boasted about committing “gang rapes.”

“Each of the victims interviewed reported hearing about the assaults, including bragging about ‘running train’ on their victims,” prosecutors stated.

Response from the Alexander Family

Parents Shlomi and Orly Alexander have publicly defended their sons, emphasizing their belief in their innocence and the toll the allegations have taken on their family. They called for a fair trial based on the evidence presented.

Potential Consequences

If convicted, Oren and Alon Alexander face a prison sentence ranging from 15 years to life. The ongoing trial will likely draw significant public and media attention as the allegations unfold.
