Latest News
- Upcoming Interviews: Kliff Kingsbury and Kevin Stefanski are being considered for the Eagles offensive coordinator position as of January 13.
Coaching Backgrounds
Kliff Kingsbury, who held the head coaching role at the Arizona Cardinals for four seasons, recorded a 28-37-1 overall record. He previously interviewed for the Eagles’ offensive coordinator position last offseason but lost out to Kellen Moore. Following a stint with the Eagles, he joined the Washington Commanders, helping them reach the NFC Championship Game in 2024.
However, the 2025 season was challenging for the Commanders, who finished with a 5-12 record, leading to Kingsbury’s dismissal.
On the other hand, Kevin Stefanski served as the head coach of the Cleveland Browns for six seasons, winning NFL Coach of the Year honors twice. Despite making the playoffs twice, he holds a 45-56 record, with the Browns achieving an 8-26 record in his last two seasons due to quarterback issues. A native of Philadelphia, Stefanski is also a graduate of St. Joe’s Prep and the University of Pennsylvania.
Coaching Market Dynamics
Both Kingsbury and Stefanski are currently exploring head coaching opportunities across the league. Therefore, taking a coordinator role with the Eagles would be a secondary option for either candidate.
As the Eagles look to revamp their offense, fans can expect further updates and potential candidate insights in the coming days.
