Adrien Brody and Tessa Thompson are set to make their Broadway debuts in the play “The Fear of 13.” This production will feature the true story of Nick Yarris, a man who spent over 20 years on death row before being exonerated through DNA evidence.

The play is written by Lindsey Ferrentino, known for her work on “The Queen of Versailles.” A previous version of “The Fear of 13” premiered at the Donmar Warehouse in London in 2024, starring Brody in a different cast. The Broadway rendition is directed by David Cromer.
