Vistry Appoints Internal Successor for CEO Greg Fitzgerald

Vistry Group has appointed Adam Daniels as the new CEO, succeeding Greg Fitzgerald, who has stepped down from the role. This decision comes after a thorough CEO succession search that evaluated both internal and external candidates.

About Adam Daniels

Adam Daniels previously served as Executive Chair of one of Vistry’s two largest operating divisions. He has been with Countryside Partnerships since 2016, where he played a key role in expanding the business into new regions. Daniels assumed his first senior leadership position in 2019, overseeing substantial areas within Vistry across Yorkshire, North Midlands, and the West.

Before joining Countryside, he held positions at Galliford Try Partnerships and Bloor Homes. His diverse experience in the homebuilding sector positions him well for the CEO role.

Rob Woodward, Non-Executive Chair of Vistry, expressed confidence in Daniels’ capabilities.
