The Bogotá tax authority will host a large service fair in April 2026. The event aims to help residents pay property and vehicle taxes on time.

Purpose and context

The Secretaría Distrital de Hacienda (SDH) organizes the fair. The agency marks a century of financing Bogotá projects this year.

The fair will provide guidance, payments, and debt management. Taxpayers can update records and resolve outstanding issues.

Important dates and incentives

According to the 2026 tax calendar, April 17 and May 15 are final dates to claim a 10% payment discount. The fair in April offers support to meet the April deadline.

Attendees may also make a voluntary contribution of 10% to support city projects. The option will be available during the service days.

Primary locations and schedules

The first session runs at Mall Plaza from April 9 to April 17. Mall Plaza sits at the corner of Carrera 30 and Calle 19.

The alternate venue is the south parking area of the Centro Administrativo Distrital (CAD). That session runs April 13 to April 17 at Carrera 30 No. 25‑90.

Mall Plaza hours

April 9–17: regular daytime service.
Weekend of April 11–12: services open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

CAD parking hours

April 13–17: services from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Specialized attention points

Specialized service desks will operate at several sites. Citizens can receive tailored support and case reviews.

Carrera 19 No. 114‑65, Local 3.
Centro Comercial Plaza de las Américas, locales 1132 and 1134.
Centro Administrativo Distrital (CAD), Carrera 30 No. 25‑90, west side.

Hours at the Carrera 19 and Américas sites run Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Weekend service on April 11 and 12 runs 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The CAD specialized point opens Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. On Saturday, April 11, hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Services available

Attendees can obtain and pay 2026 property and vehicle tax invoices. The fair also handles prior-year liquidations and payment agreements.

Other services include registration and updates to the Registro de Información Tributaria (RIT). Staff will advise on embargo lifts and respond to formal filings.

Mobile collection units to process payments.
A banking correspondent will accept payments at select points.

Accessibility and inclusion

A new specialized attention point at the CAD first floor will serve people with reduced mobility and disabilities. The site aims to simplify access and procedures.
