1. Las Vegas Raiders — Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana. He led FBS with 41 passing touchdowns this season.
2. New York Jets — Arvell Reese, LB, Ohio State. Reese totaled 112 tackles across two seasons.
3. Arizona Cardinals — Caleb Downs, S, Ohio State. Downs played multiple positions across the defense.
4. Tennessee Titans — Francis Mauigoa, OT, Miami (Fla.). He allowed three sacks in 1,099 pass-blocking snaps.
5. New York Giants — Spencer Fano, OT, Utah. Fano allowed zero sacks in 382 pass-blocking snaps in 2025.
6. Cleveland Browns — Carnell Tate, WR, Ohio State. Tate had nine receiving touchdowns and over 800 yards this year.
7. Washington Commanders — Jeremiyah Love, RB, Notre Dame. Love has 35 rushing touchdowns since 2024.
8. New Orleans Saints — David Bailey, Edge, Texas Tech. Bailey tied for the FBS lead with 14.5 sacks.
9. Kansas City Chiefs — Sonny Styles, LB, Ohio State. Styles ran a 4.46 forty and jumped a 43.5-inch vertical.
10. Cincinnati Bengals — Mansoor Delane, CB, LSU. Delane earned a 90.9 PFF pass-coverage grade.

11. Miami Dolphins — Rueben Bain Jr., Edge, Miami (Fla.). Bain had dominant CFP tape and elite pass-rush grades.
12. Dallas Cowboys — Jermod McCoy, CB, Tennessee. McCoy was a first-team All-American before his ACL injury.
13. Los Angeles Rams — Kadyn Proctor, OT, Alabama. Proctor is 6-7 and 366 pounds with strong run-blocking traits.
14. Baltimore Ravens — Jordyn Tyson, WR, Arizona State. Tyson posted 136 catches for 1,812 yards over two seasons.
15. Tampa Bay Buccaneers — Keldric Faulk, Edge, Auburn. Faulk stood out with 11 tackles for loss in 2024.
16. New York Jets (from Colts) — CJ Allen, LB, Georgia. Allen totaled 205 tackles in three seasons.
17. Detroit Lions — Caleb Lomu, OT, Utah. Lomu surrendered just two sacks in 807 pass-blocking snaps.
18. Minnesota Vikings — Dillon Thieneman, S, Oregon. Thieneman totaled 302 tackles and eight interceptions in college.
19. Carolina Panthers — Kenyon Sadiq, TE, Oregon. Sadiq led tight ends with eight receiving touchdowns in FBS.
20. Dallas Cowboys (from Packers) — Akheem Mesidor, Edge, Miami. Mesidor recorded 10.5 sacks in his final year.

21. Pittsburgh Steelers — Ty Simpson, QB, Alabama. Simpson threw over 3,500 yards with 28 touchdowns and five interceptions.
22. Los Angeles Chargers — Olaivavega Ioane, OG, Penn State. Ioane posted a pass-block grade over 87 this season.
23. Philadelphia Eagles — Makai Lemon, WR, USC. Lemon won the Biletnikoff Award this year.
24. Cleveland Browns (from Jaguars) — Peter Woods, DL, Clemson. Woods stands 6-3 and 315 pounds with strong power traits.
25. Chicago Bears — Caleb Banks, DL, Florida. Banks led his team with 29 pressures in 2024.
26. Buffalo Bills — Avieon Terrell, CB, Clemson. Terrell recorded 25 passes defended over three collegiate seasons.
27. San Francisco 49ers — Cashius Howell, Edge, Texas A&M. Howell has 27 sacks since 2022.
28. Houston Texans — Kayden McDonald, DL, Ohio State. McDonald anchored a stingy Ohio State interior defensive unit.
29. Kansas City Chiefs (from Rams) — Brandon Cisse, CB, South Carolina. Cisse defended 10 passes the last two seasons.
30. Miami Dolphins (from Broncos) — Omar Cooper Jr., WR, Indiana. Cooper led with 13 touchdown receptions this past season.
31. New England Patriots — T.J. Parker, Edge, Clemson. Parker had 11 sacks and six forced fumbles in 2024.
32. Seattle Seahawks — R Mason Thomas, Edge, Oklahoma. Thomas recorded over 15 sacks and three forced fumbles recently.

Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love fell to seventh overall in this mock. Love averaged 6.9 yards per carry these two seasons.

He also amassed 2,497 rushing yards across that span. The mock questions whether his stock should be top-five.

Alabama quarterback Ty Simpson appears at No. 21 in this projection. Pittsburgh would add a developmental passer with this pick.

Simpson showed high-level accuracy and decisiveness, despite mixed outings and a late-season injury.

The Steelers may draft a quarterback early, even with Aaron Rodgers’ future unresolved. The mock reflects that uncertainty.

The Eagles face questions at receiver with A.J. Brown’s future unclear. Adding a Biletnikoff winner fits their needs.
