Blackwell averaged 19.1 points per game in 2025-26. He reached 30 or more points in five games. That streak included consecutive strong performances in the Big Ten tournament.
The scoring mark ranked second on Wisconsin behind Nick Boyd. It also placed him eighth among Big Ten scorers. He earned third-team all-Big Ten recognition after the season.

Blackwell is the third Badger to announce plans to enter the transfer portal this offseason. The portal opens April 7.
