Alejandro Garnacho: Former Man Utd Star Convicted for Speeding Near Training Ground
Alejandro Garnacho, 21, has been convicted of speeding close to his old club’s training base.
He was caught driving an Audi at 50mph in a 40mph zone near the Carrington facility in Greater Manchester. The incident occurred on 26 August last year.

Garnacho pleaded guilty at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court through his lawyers. He issued an apology and his representatives said he felt embarrassed by the episode.
A separate charge for failing to respond to a police letter was dropped because of the guilty plea. The player received a fine of £660.
The court also ordered £120 in costs and a £264 victim surcharge. Three penalty points were added to his driving licence. The hearing was held behind closed doors.
