Badgers Secure WBIT Quarterfinal Spot, Host Harvard Next
The Wisconsin women’s basketball team advanced to the WBIT quarterfinals after consecutive postseason wins. They will return to the Kohl Center for a Thursday matchup against Harvard.
Postseason climb
Wisconsin entered the tournament as a No. 3 seed. The Badgers finished the regular season 13-17.

Opening victory over Oregon State
Wisconsin beat Oregon State 62-58 in the tournament opener. The Badgers limited the Beavers to 40.4 percent shooting.

Second-round upset at Miami
The Badgers traveled to Coral Gables and defeated No. 2 seed Miami 72-65. Wisconsin held Miami to 32.6 percent from the field.

- Kyrah Daniels posted a 14-point, 13-rebound double-double.
- Gift Uchenna added 13 points and 11 rebounds.

Harvard reached the quarterfinals after wins over Navy and Eastern Kentucky. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Kohl Center.
