Actors Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda were officially married in a Telugu ceremony on the outskirts of Udaipur, and the couple’s South Indian heritage jewellery has become a central talking point as images and details circulate. The wedding’s visual drama—ornate temple pieces on the bride and bold gold for the groom—landed alongside tightly guarded pre-wedding events at a luxury Udaipur resort.

The couple were married on February 26, 2026, during a ceremony on the outskirts of Udaipur. The two tied the knot in a Telugu wedding ceremony, which took place at 10: 10 a. m. local time; that time converts to 11: 40 p. m. ET on February 25, 2026. The ceremony was held in the presence of family members and close friends.

Rashmika Mandanna wore an orangish-red drape paired with South Indian temple jewellery featuring intricate motifs around Goddess Lakshmi, peacocks and floral carvings. Her layered pieces began with a heavy golden choker with a statement round pendant and continued with sleek, long chains. She wore traditional golden-chained jhumkas attached to the back of her hair, a stack of golden bangles and kadas that reportedly came from the groom’s family, and red traditional stacks.
The bride completed the look with a floral-motif hath phool, a striking elbow cuff with small beaded chains, a fashionable engagement ring and a series of traditional gold rings; observers noted that her overall appearance evoked the aesthetic of a Mani Ratnam film.
Vijay Deverakonda’s jewellery choices and shared sources
Vijay Deverakonda chose a markedly different but equally emphatic jewellery language: he sat bare-chested and wore a statement snake-chain necklace layered with a long temple-style piece, alongside matching ear studs and a warrior-like gold-drenched handcuff. He flaunted his engagement ring and added another gold ring. The bride and groom both wore jewellery supplied by Shree Jewellers, Hyderabad.

Pre-wedding ceremonies were held at the Mementos Ekaaya luxury hotel and resort in Udaipur over the days leading up to the marriage and were described as closely guarded private events, with guests barred from taking their mobile phones to the venue. So far, Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have shared images of floral arrangements and decor on their social media handles while refraining from posting official photographs of themselves during the ceremonies; the actors were expected to officially share images later in the day.
Tradition, future collaborations and a decade-long onscreen history
The couple married in Telugu traditions in the early hours of the day, and a Kodava-style ceremony in line with Rashmika’s family traditions will follow. The two actors first collaborated on the Telugu film Geetha Govindam and reunited for Dear Comrade. They are set to appear together in director Rahul Sankrityan’s upcoming Telugu film Ranabaali, scheduled to release later this year.
