According to realestate.com.au, Dame Jacinda and her husband, Clarke Gayford, have been spotted looking at properties in the suburbs of Curl Curl and Freshwater. The median price for homes in Curl Curl is approximately $4.1 million, which reflects a 6 percent increase over the past year. In Freshwater, homes have a median price of around $3.9 million.

A spokesperson for Dame Jacinda stated that her family has been traveling for several years. They are currently basing themselves out of Australia due to work commitments, which also allows for increased family time back in New Zealand.
