“It was a shock and scary because I’ve never seen this happen before,” Ta stated.
Lindsey Garrett, who runs Envy Beauty Lab and Laser in the same strip mall, echoed similar sentiments. She noted that the area had always felt safe and emphasized a growing concern about rising crime rates.
