The City of Pointe-Claire is gearing up for Spring Break 2026 with a diverse lineup of family-friendly activities. The program aims to engage children and families through various events hosted across municipal venues.

Exciting Family Events at Pointe-Claire’s Spring Break 2026

From films to crafts, there’s something to captivate every young mind. Families can look forward to movies, story times, creative crafts, and fun swimming sessions.

Pointe-Claire Public Library Events

Two branches of the Pointe-Claire Public Library will host various activities:

Central Branch (100 Douglas-Shand Avenue)
- Family Movie (English) – February 27, 6:30 to 8 p.m. (Free admission)
- Crafts: 3D Beaded Dolphin (ages 11 to 17) – March 3, 2:45 to 4:45 p.m. (Registration required)
- Escape Game: Les Schtroumpfs (ages 7 to 11) – March 4, 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. (Free admission)
- Soirée de jeu loups-garous et pizza (French) – March 5, 6:15 to 8 p.m. (Registration required)
- Family Movie (French) – March 6, 6:30 to 8 p.m. (Free admission)
Valois Branch (68 Prince Edward Avenue)
- Story Hour: Fruits and Veggies (ages 3 to 6, English) – March 6, 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. (Registration required)
- Story Time: Fruits et légumes (ages 3 to 6, French) – March 6, 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. (Registration required)
- LEGO® Club (ages 5 to 12) – March 7, 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. (Free admission)

Recreational Activities

Two key locations will feature exciting swimming opportunities:

Pointe-Claire Aquatic Centre (60 Maywood Avenue)
- Family Swim (6-50 metre pool) – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2 to 4 p.m.
- Family Swim (6-50 metre pool) – Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 to 11 a.m.
Bob-Birnie Arena (58 Maywood Avenue)
- Public skating sessions
- Family hockey
- Hockey (ages 12 and up)
- Public ringette
- Public figure skating

Registration Information

Spaces for some activities are limited. Registration is required for certain events, and families must use the MULTI or Lepointdevente platforms to sign up. An active MULTI account and valid identification are now necessary for registration.
