Cooper expressed admiration for the arena, stating, “It’s one of the greatest rinks I’ve ever seen on the outside at night. It’s phenomenal.” He emphasized that prior reports were unfair and did not fully capture the arena’s atmosphere. “I can’t wait to see what it’s like when people are here because it looks like it’s going to be cool,” he added.

The Milano Santagiulia Ice Hockey Arena has faced challenges with its ice surface ahead of the Olympics. The venue can accommodate 11,600 spectators and features 12 locker rooms, alongside an adjacent practice rink. Despite concerns about the ice quality, players reported no significant issues during their practice sessions.
