Update Size and Security Patch
The over-the-air (OTA) update size is significant, measuring 123 MB for the Pixel 9a and 98.39 MB for the Pixel 10. This release still includes the January 2026 security patch.
Previous and Future Updates
The last version prior to this was CP11.251209.007.A1. Google has indicated that the Android 17 Beta is set to arrive soon.
For users previously enrolled in the Android 16 QPR3 Beta and who have not opted out, installation of Beta 2.1 will occur automatically, along with any subsequent Beta updates.
