Victim Found Following Scarborough Shooting

Toronto police have confirmed that a male teenager was fatally shot inside a Tim Hortons in Scarborough on February 5, 2026. The incident occurred around 4:09 p.m. at the intersection of Lawrence Avenue East and Bellamy Road North.

Shooting Incident Details

Responding officers found the young victim suffering from serious injuries and quickly transported him to the hospital. Unfortunately, he later succumbed to his wounds. While authorities have not disclosed his exact age, police Inspector Errol Watson stated that the victim was a teen.

Investigation Status

As of now, no suspects have been identified. Inspector Watson indicated that investigators are currently interviewing witnesses to gather more information. Fortunately, there were no additional injuries to either staff members or other customers present during the shooting.
