Christian Parker is shaping his inaugural coaching staff with the Dallas Cowboys. The team has officially hired Derrick Ansley and Ryan Smith. Ansley will serve as the defensive backs coach and defensive pass game coordinator, while Smith takes on the role of secondary coach.

Derrick Ansley: A Proven Leader in Defense

Derrick Ansley brings extensive coaching experience from both collegiate and professional levels. He has previously served in various capacities, including his time at Northwestern, Virginia Tech, and James Madison. Additionally, Ansley has deep roots in the SEC, having coached at Alabama, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
