About the Água de Pena Housing Complex

The Água de Pena housing complex is designed to provide modern living spaces. It will feature a total of 24 residential units. This includes:

  • 12 one-bedroom apartments (T1)
  • 12 two-bedroom apartments (T2)

Each apartment type will be accompanied by an equal number of parking spaces and storage facilities. The design encompasses a construction area of 3,000 square meters.

Investment and Development

The total investment for the Água de Pena housing complex is over €4.9 million. This funding falls under the public tender for acquiring controlled-cost housing, underscoring the government’s efforts to make housing more accessible.

The project is spearheaded by Investimentos Habitacionais da Madeira, indicating a strategic approach to enhance the housing landscape in Madeira.
