Background of the Charges

Prosecutors claim that the female staff member had tried to end the relationship just two days before Moore’s firing. She reported receiving numerous unwanted communications from him after attempting to sever ties. Furthermore, on the afternoon of his termination, Moore allegedly entered her apartment without permission.
It’s reported that he threatened to commit suicide during this incident, allegedly brandishing kitchen utensils. Law enforcement arrested him approximately one hour later in a nearby church’s parking lot.
