Terri was born on November 2, 1957, in DeWitt, Arkansas. She was the daughter of H.D. and Deanie Williams. Terri graduated from DeWitt High School in 1976 and later attended the University of Arkansas.

Marriage and Family

On August 4, 1984, Terri married Steve Womack. They shared 41 years of marriage filled with love and support. Terri was the mother of three sons—William Owens, 42, Bradley Womack, 40, and Phillip Womack, 38—who all reside in Rogers. She also enjoyed the company of four grandchildren: Liam, Kaden, Luka, and Mazzie.

Career Highlights

Terri’s professional life included over 35 years in public service. Initially, she worked as the chief clerk for Rogers Municipal Judge Tom Keith. After he became a circuit judge, she continued with him as his case coordinator. Terri later served under Benton County Prosecutor David Clinger before returning to the circuit court. She concluded her career in 2019 after many dedicated years.
