Sheetz announces Indiana entry
Altoona-based Sheetz confirmed plans to open stores in Indiana. The chain is known for its made-to-order food.
The company said its first store will open in the greater Indianapolis area in 2027. Over the next ten years, about 100 locations are expected statewide.

Early Sunday turnpike closure in Westmoreland County
Maintenance will close eastbound lanes of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Interstate 76. The shutdown affects the segment from the Oakmont Plum Service Plaza to the New Stanton interchange.
The closure is scheduled from midnight to 5 a.m. on Sunday. The Turnpike Commission issued the advisory on Thursday.
